Living Healthy

Kia Ora everyone, 

Welcome back to my blog. Today blog post is about me telling you guys how to be healthy and not eat heaps of sugar. 

1. 6 is the maximum teaspoons of sugar we should have daily. 

2. It is healthier to eat fruit oranges instead of drinking orange juice because orange juice has 18 and fruits oranges has 1/2 of sugar.

3. Three ways we can avoid eating too much sugar. 

Drink more water. 
Get sugar free drinks
Do not drink fizzy drinks before you eat something. 

4. Three bad things that can happen to our bodies if we eat too much sugar. 
Two types of diabetes 
Liver disease
Heart disease
