On Friday and Wednesdays every week we have we have Food Technology. 2 weeks ago we were in Italy then this week we are in Japan and we made sushi. It was a Sushi Rices Balls Challenge
What was the texture of the rice ball?
It felt soft and squishy in my mouth
kinda weird cause I never had a rice ball before
What did it smell like?
It smelt like vinegar that our cooking teacher put in for us.
What does it taste like?
We had vegetables in our rice ball and I could taste that but mostly the celery
I put mayo in my sushi ball and I could taste that as well
What was the flavour?
There was heaps of different flavour of some of the vegetables
What was the colour of the rice ball?
The colour of the rice ball was white but I could see some of the celery coming out a little bit.
