Calming strategies

Kia ora again welcome back to my blog. In our class room we have been working on calming strategies. So if  you get really angry at school or at home here it some calming strategies we have been learning in the class.     

Rainbow breathing
Dragon breathing
Finger breathing
Asking a adult or a teacher to get a drink of water
Calming music
Counting in your head
Imagining your squeezing the lemon then when you finished with them you throw them as hard as you can then your anger gets away.
