Maori Words!

This Term my group is learning about Maori words. Our group is reading a book called Mossie. Here is a video of my Maori DLO hope you enjoy.

About me

Kia ora, my name is Michaela and this year I’m a year 6 at Hornby Primary School. My teacher this year is Miss Scott and she is the best teacher I’ve ever had. This year I’m in Room 7 and we are Year 5s and 6s. In my free time I like doing my school work. My favourite food is vegetables because they are healthy for your body. My favourite movie is Beauty and the Beast because it is interesting. My personal goal this year is trying to be a Trusted Trekker. In my family I have 3 sisters and one older half brother. My favourite sport is Netball because it is fun to play. My Favourite singer is Pink because she has nice music. I am from New Zealand and am Maori.
